WorthIt is a free product research website. This page explains what information we collect and how it is used.

What we collect

• Product links you paste. We use them to research the product. Reports are stored and may be shown publicly to other visitors, because they contain only product information.
• Basic technical data. To prevent abuse we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address with each research request, and our server keeps standard access logs.
• No accounts. You don't need to sign up, and we don't ask for your name, email or phone number.

Cookies

We use a small session cookie to protect our forms from misuse. Our advertising partner may also use cookies, as explained below.

Advertising

WorthIt shows ads served by Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Ads never influence any WorthIt score, verdict or recommendation.

Third-party services

To research products we send product names (never your personal data) to search, video and AI services such as Brave Search, YouTube Data API, Google Gemini and Groq.
